PLEASE NOTE: Covid 19 – Amended Drop Off and Collection Arrangements

Due to the ongoing pandemic we will be installing some new temporary measures for the foreseeable future until government advice is updated. We will be operating a strict appointment only service for drop off and collection with no access to the main cattery area or pens. Only one person should be present at drop off/collection. Appointments will be available daily between 9am-12.30pm Mon-Sat and 10am-12.30pm on Sundays, this is in order to maintain the social distancing rules and to ensure the safety of our customers and staff.
